03Anything Else

We use your contact details only to arrange the match. Saved requests are deleted after 180 days. Contact us on WhatsApp to request earlier deletion.

Complete the required fields and agree to the match conduct terms to send your request.

Your request will be saved for the club to review. A fixture is confirmed only when we contact you.

Playing ACES FC

How can my team arrange a match with ACES FC?

Submit a match request with your team name, contact person, WhatsApp number, preferred date and kickoff time. The captain will contact you on WhatsApp to agree the arrangements.

Which match formats can we request?

Five, seven or eleven a side. The format and venue are optional on the request form and can be agreed with the captain afterwards.

Is a submitted match request a confirmed fixture?

No. A request is saved for review. The match is confirmed only after the club agrees the details with your team.

What happens if we need to cancel?

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Teams agree to play in good spirit and field eligible players when submitting a request.
